Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. More countries are coming as we expand.

Cost

• Orders $80 and over — free standard shipping
• Orders under $80 — $6.90 flat rate

How long it takes

We pack and hand over your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 10–15 business days.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating after you receive it — that gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and import charges

Import duties may apply to your order depending on current US customs rules. Where duties are collected at checkout, the amount is shown before you pay. Where they are collected on delivery, the carrier will contact you.

Something wrong?

If your parcel has not moved for 10 days or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number. We respond within one business day.
