Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging you.

Stock

Stock counts are live but not reserved until payment completes. Occasionally two people reach the last piece at once — if that happens, we refund you the same day.

Colour and appearance

Screens vary. We photograph in natural light and do not retouch colour, but a small difference between screen and garment is normal and is not a fault.

Intellectual property

The photography, copy, and design on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability

We are responsible for the order you place with us. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under US consumer law.

Governing law
